Subscription clients can request 24-hour turnaround for specific request for an additional $25 per hour of work for any specific edit.  A minimum of 1-hour is billed.  (during business hours only)

 

Subscription clients can request Emergency Service 7 days a week for an additional $65 per hour. A minimum of 1-hour is billed.

 

 

The following are General Terms to our Website Maintenance Plans.  

 

 

• Subscription plans are for a 1 year term.                  

• Subscription fees are prepaid and invoiced on the 1st day of each month for the next month’s services & to be paid on or before the 1st

  of the following month.

• There is a minimum charge of ¼ hour for any work

• Subscription hours expire at the end of each month

• $45 / hour fee for each additional hour(s) exceeding maintenance agreement plan hours

• There is a $15.00 late fee on all subscriptions not paid by the due date.

• There is a $35.00 fee on all checks returned non sufficient

• There is a $100 on time setup fee (per website) for non hosted websites

• All non hosted website maintenance may require additional time to complete edits
